We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24-48 processing before orders ship. Please note USPS priority is not a guaranteed service.
You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 24 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we can not allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits or our payment processing could be suspended. We do however offer alternative refund options like cash app, venmo etc.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!
Native Hemp does not ship internationally at this time. If your country is on our list of hemp friendly countries, we are working on making our products available to you.
Please note that refunds may not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, or for orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
